Is humility a strength of yours? Do you think of yourself as different from the people you’re with? In many of my jobs, I felt like I didn’t fit. I believed I was in a place where I was called to serve, but not in a place I would have chosen to be. I almost felt like I was in exile. I was only there to make a living. If I had a choice, I’d rush back to the suburb and hang out with my Christian friends. But God challenges us to be one of them. I need to identify with them, more. Ask God to show you how to do this without separating yourself from Christ’s body, too.
