Are You Open to Correction? – Proverbs 15:33

July 19, 2021

Before honor, humility. Who do you learn from? Who can give you advice, or correction? Mike notices that this entire chapter is filled with stern words for people who can’t be corrected. Do you struggle to be right all the time? How can God use us if we’re wrong? When we respect others, when we lead with humility, we find we can learn from anyone at any time. Learning and growing come from an openness to correction.

By FAR the biggest problem in solving job seeker problems on why they are still unemployed is correction. Post Covid (round 1) it has gotten worse. This week is the Olympics. One thing above all else should be obvious to us in life: none of the athletes from any country got to this level without coaching, a willingness to take advice. There is a lesson here I know I can learn.
