What kind of difference will you make? And how long will it matter?
I believe we all lead. And the best leaders lead from who they are. Any improvement in leadership is a good thing. But I want to focus on being the best leader and the best person I can be in every circumstance.
I follow one person who, I believe will lead (and has led) forever – Jesus. And, as a follower of his, I believe I have a job to do, which is to live like I believe him and serve others. I do that in a family, a community and a workplace.
As a result, I created a community called Follower of One. It’s for leaders who follow Jesus and want to do what he said, in their everyday context. And I wrote an initial post about the vision for that community, here. If you follow Jesus, check it out. And if you don’t follow Jesus, we will still continue to have quality leadership content shared on this blog and that one. Because, like I said above, any improvement in leadership is a good thing.
